1. Cost for Ticket + Visa + Insurance, Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000, No Porterage included.
2. Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
3. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour.
4. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. Meals other than what is mentioned in your Itinerary.
5. Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein.
6. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
7. All extras to be paid directly to the hotels / the service providers.
8. 5% GST & 5% TCS is applicable on all INR payments.
9. Remittance charges will be Bourne by travel agent.
Passenger Comments / Complaints
It is imperative that any complaints be made known to the respective handling agents or its representatives without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken.
Responsibility:
1. It is understood that, we act as Travel operators only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
2. Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach/Van. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences
3. Company is not liable if there is sudden disruption / disorder of telephone, internet services, and other amenities while staying at the hotels. The company will also be not responsible for the facilities provided or not provided in the room / bathroom / hotel premises etc. by the Hotel or its staff. Rude or Unprofessional behavior of hotel staff does not come under the direct purview of the company and the company will not be responsible for the same. Facilities like mini bar, pay television channels, telephone etc are not complimentary and these facilities if used by the client have to be paid for by the client directly to the Hotel and such charges are not included in the tour cost. The client will have to abide by the check in /check out time of the hotel. Any changes made directly by the hotel come under their direct purview and we will not be liable for any compensation due to this change.
4. During your holiday your driver, tour leader, guide, hotel or other service providers may offer services or excursions which are not included in the price of your holiday or listed in our itinerary. Since they do not form part of your tour with us, we do not accept any responsibility for their cancellation or curtailment or for any loss, damage, injury or death that you may suffer. If you wish to make a complaint or bring a claim in relation to such excursions or activities, then you should contact the person who offered them to you directly.
Your Holiday Price:
1. Once we have sent you a booking confirmation or invoice, we will only change the price of your holiday if there is a change or increase in any one or more of the following:
2. Transportation costs (including the cost of fuel)
3. Dues, taxes or fees chargeable, such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports.
4. The exchange rate applicable to the particular holiday package. (Our prices are fixed using the exchange rates available in the month of November d) In the event of a significant increase in any of the components that are included in your tour cost i.e.: hotels, entrances, flights, transportation & food.
Tour Operation:
1. If we do not have minimum 25 Pax required to operate the group tour, we might operate the tour on other date. We might operate the tour on another date or we can withdraw the tour departure.
2. If the group will reach late due to traffic jam or any other justify reasoning. It’s possible that we can cancel the sightseeing/excursion.
3. In the event of a breakdown of a coach on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement coach and that you miss a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavor to replace the coach at the earliest. However sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In the event we are also entitled to use a replacement coach that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement coach may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach.
4. Passengers will be responsible for any services missed out by them due to not following the stated time; this includes meals, transfers, sightseeing, flight, etc. Rhine Falls in Swiss will be done either on the way from Paris to Zurich (time permitting) or while going out from Swiss. No Refund is given in case Rhine fall is missed for guests going out from Swiss.
5. Majority of Hotels in Europe are not equipped with Air-Conditioning nor will fans in the rooms due to climate condition.
6. Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority.
7. During heat wave in Europe air conditioning of the hotels and coaches may cease to function as they are not built for such high temperatures.
8. Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.
9. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers.
10. There are a few attractions and entrances that are currently closed due to COVID and in case the same remain closed at the time of the groups visiting.
11. Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
12. Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. EUROPA D TOURS will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.
13. Most hotels in Europe have only Twin beds. Double bed will be Queen size and not King size.
14. As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
15. In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the clients should enjoy such activity / ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients, expecting women, people with Blood Pressure etc.
16. Most of the hotels in UK /Europe don’t provide Water bottles inside the Room, however Tap water is drinkable.
17. There are no refunds for any services i.e.transfer, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
18. Optional tours are booked & paid on 100% non-refundable & non cancellation policy.
19. GST will be applicable for all optional activities pre-paid in India.
20. Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
21. Eating & drinking is not permitted in the COACH/VAN
22. In major European cities, there are parking restrictions for coaches and it may not be possible to stop at all the places during the city tour . Driver will try his/her best to stop wherever possible for a photo stop.
23. Some facilities may not operate or may be suspended or closed if necessary due to technical, weather, safety or operating conditions
24. Advisory related to COVID may change at the last moment also, DMC is not responsible for any change of advisory at the last moment.
25. Please Note :- If your covid test report is positive you need to quarantine yourself on that destination immediately ( Quarantine expenses beared by Client only and Europa D Tours will not be responsible )
26. The UK government recommends wearing a face covering in crowded areas and enclosed spaces to help keep yourself and others safe during your visit to London.
27. In case of any Person tests positive for COVID-19, customers will need to unconditionally abide, adhere and comply solely at your costs and expenses to all laws, rules, notifications, Travel advisories, guidelines, directives and communications issued from time to time by all or any Governments, Authorities, Ministries, Departments, Local Bodies in India or Abroad, related to your tour to the foreign destination and/or on your return from the tour to your home destination in India or Abroad including but not limited to Covid-19 Protocols on quarantine, vaccinations etc. or in connection with any other Pandemic, epidemic, disease, condition etc., which may be communicated by all or any Governments, Authorities, Ministries, Departments, Local Bodies in India or Abroad with or without notice at any point of time whether at the commencement of the tour, during the tour and/or on the completion of the tour, as the case may be”.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after confirmations are done.
2. Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days working days after the scheduled completion of the services.
3. Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from hotel / the service provider. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel / the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval.
4. Company reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary charge an administrative fee.
5. For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no-Shows. In the event of no show Company reserves the right to release the complete booking and levy 100% cancellation charges.
6. Blocking amount of Rs.10,000/- is a non-refundable amount, in case of visa rejection. Hotel change at last moment same category unsatisfied services are non-refundable.

Tour Details
Arrive at Airport & transfer to hotel by your own arrangement. The rest of day is at leisure so that you can relax after your long haul flight. Paris, France’s capital, is a major European city and a global center for art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. Its 19th-century cityscape is crisscrossed by wide boulevards and the River Seine. Beyond such landmarks as the Eiffel Tower and the 12th-century, Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral, the city is known for its cafe culture and designer boutiques along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Day 2: Paris- (OPTIONAL) Disneyland
After Breakfast, You can choose Optional Tour to Disneyland. People who opt for this attraction, will proceed to Disneyland Paris. Disneyland Paris is an entertainment resort in Chessy, France, 32 km east of Paris. It encompasses two theme parks, resort hotels, Disney Nature Resorts, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex and a golf course.
The Disneyland Paris 01 Day 01/02 Park Ticket is your passport to a full day of thrilling adventure and family fun, With this great ticket you can either spend your day at Disneyland Park or at Walt Disney Studios Park.
Group members not opting for Disneyland will have an opportunity to explore Paris on your own. Back to Paris hotel after having the dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Day 3: Paris – Guided City Tour – Eiffel Tower visit 2nd Level – River Seine Cruise
After Breakfast, This morning start your day with Guided Orientation tour to see popular sites like place de la concorde, Arc de Triomphe. Notre Dame de Paris, Louvre Pyramid, Musée d’Orsay, Palais Garnier Opera, Champs Elysees Street, Alexander Bridge, Montmatre, Concords Square, a journey to the 2nd Level of the Eiffel Tower for breathtaking view and many other historic buildings. Later enjoy a cruise on River Seine. Back to Paris hotel after having the dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Day 4: Paris – Zurich (Switzerland)
After Breakfast, Check out and board your coach to drive to Switzerland. Switzerland is a mountainous Central European country, home to numerous lakes, villages and the high peaks of the Alps. Its cities contain medieval quarters, with landmarks like capital Bern’s Zytglogge clock tower and Lucerne’s wooden chapel bridge. The country is also known for its ski resorts and hiking trails. Banking and finance are key industries, and Swiss watches and chocolate are world renowned. Upon arrival Zurich, we will have dinner at Indian restaurant and later proceed to hotel. Check-in to the hotel.

Day 5: Zurich- Excursion to Mt. Titlis-Zurich
After breakfast, Proceed to Engelberg town- a base cable car station of Mt. Titlis. The TITLIS ROTAIR revolving gondola transports you easily to the mountain station. Take your time and visit the Swiss Lion shop, the world’s highest watch shop. You can even have your photo taken in traditional Swiss costume in our photo studio. The glacier cave is only a snowball’s throw from the mountain station. The glistening, blue ice tunnel leads deep down into the fascinating world inside the glacier. In the summer months, the Ice Flyer chair lift will take you to the glacier park where all kinds of fun snow activities await. Grab a snow-tube or a speedy sled and whiz down the piste, whipping up plenty of snow as you go. You may also do the Titlis Cliff Walk is a pedestrian bridge along the cliff of Mount Titlis in the Swiss Alps. Later, in the afternoon, proceed to the city of Lucerne for Orientation tour and see the Chapel Bridge-The Chapel Bridge is a covered wooden footbridge spanning diagonally across the Reuss River in the city of Lucerne. Named after the nearby St. Peter’s Chapel, the bridge is unique since it contains a number of interior paintings dating back to the 17th century, Jesuit Church- This beautiful church is considered to be the first large baroque style church ever built in Switzerland, The Lion Monument, or the Lion of Lucerne, is a rock relief in Lucerne, Switzerland, designed by Bertel Thorvaldsen and hewn in 1820–21 by Lukas Ahorn. We will proceed back to Zurich Hotel after having the Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Day 6: Zurich – (OPTIONAL) Excursion to Jungfrau (Top of Europe) – Zurich
After breakfast, choose an optional excursion to Mt. Jungfrau – Top of Europe. Those who don’t want to go Jungfrau, have free time to explore the Interlaken by own. Our Coach will drop at Interlaken. The Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe is the highlight of any Swiss holiday. The highest railway station in Europe is located 3,454 metres above sea level. You have access to a high-alpine wonderland of ice, snow and rock, which can be admired from the viewing platforms, on the Aletsch Glacier or in the Ice Palace – experience the magic. Visit the Sohinx observation tower. After the tour we will proceed for orientation tour of Interlaken. We will start from Höheweg is the main street in Interlaken, which stretches from the city’s central square to the east. Roman Catholic church- Situated on Schlossstrasse, this Swiss religious building houses a Roman Catholic parish church, which offers worship masses, religious education, and other. Group members not opting for Mt. Jungfrau will have an opportunity to proceed to the city of Interlaken for an orientation tour. Later back to Zurich Hotel after having a dinner.

Day 7: Zurich – Rhine Falls-Black Forest (Germany) – Innsbruck (Austria)
After breakfast, Check out and board your coach to drive to Innsbruck. On your way you will make a stop at Schaffhausen which is prevalently known as Rhine Falls – Mini Niagara falls of Europe. You may Enjoy the boat ride at Rhine Falls (Ticket not included) and continue journey to Black Forest region in South Germany; home to the well-known Black Forest gateau and the most famous cuckoo clocks. Arrival at Titisee and proceed to Cuckoo Clock factory. Titisee lake is the largest natural lake in Germany’s Black Forest. It is a natural reservoir dammed by glacial moraine during the last ice age. Titisee is in the ”Hochschwartzwald” or southern Black Forest. Long known as the land of childhood fairytales, the Black Forest stretches 120 miles long by 40 miles wide. Enjoy a demonstration on how the cuckoo clocks are made. Later, drive to Innsbruck. Check-in to the hotel after having dinner at an Indian Restaurant.

Day 8: Innsbruck – Salzburg – Vienna (Austria)
After breakfast, Check out and board your coach to Orientation tour of Innsbruck, where on entrance you will enjoy direction tour which will cover the Golden Dachl –Maria Theresa square, Imperial Palace, Trasmopolino Olympic ski jump, the Golden Roof, Imperial Palace, River Inns, Royal Church etc. After this we will go to Wattens to take the vision of the noteworthy collection of world famous Crystals in Swarovski museum. You will also get surprised to see ‘Chetak’ the favorite horse of Maharaja Rana Pratap of Rajasthan- ornamented with Swarovski’s Gemstone Jewels. You will be provided with your time to shop for jewelry and other souvenirs for your friends and relatives as a symbol of love and remembrance of this exotic place. Later proceed to Vienna via Salzburg. Orientation Salzburg city tour to view St.Peter’s Abbey- St Peter’s Abbey, or St Peter’s Arch abbey, is a Benedictine monastery and former cathedral in the Austrian city of Salzburg. and Red Bull Arena. Visit Salzburg Cathedral- Salzburg Cathedral is the seventeenth-century Baroque cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Salzburg in the city of Salzburg, Austria, dedicated to Saint Rupert and Saint Vergilius. and enjoy free time at Residenzplatz- Residenzplatz is a large, stately square in the historic centre of Salzburg in Austria.Mozartplatz- This large courtyard is best known for its memorial statue of composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Later, proceed for Vienna. Check-in to the hotel after having dinner at an Indian Restaurant.

After Breakfast, we will proceed to guided panoramic City tour of Vienna. We drive on the Ring Boulevard and see the State Opera House, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. We also make a phostop at Hofburg-former winter residence of the Habsbrg family and the Belvedere Palace-former summer residence of Prince Eugene. Our last visit to Schonbrunn Palace (ticket not included). After completing the Schonbrunn tour wWe will drop you at Vienna Boulevard and most famous shopping street Ringstrasse where you may spend free time and explore on your own. Back to the hotel after having dinner at an Indian Restaurant.

Day 10: Vienna – Bratislava (Slovakia) – Budapest (Hungary)
Check out and board your coach to Budapest via Bratislava. The bus tour passes by the most important places., historical and cultural sights outside of the Old Town. It photo stops at Bratislava Castle and memorial Slavin with their splendid panoramic views. During the walk through the pedestrianised Old Town we tale a look at St.Michael’s Gate, the Old Toen Hall,Reduta and The Opera House. Later proceed to HUNGRARY’S capital, bisected by the River Danube. Evening at leisure for shopping or a visit to a ocal spa, with outdoor thermal waters, art nouveau architecture and treatments. Later, proceed to Budapest. Check-in to the hotel after having dinner at an Indian Restaurant.

After Breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of Budapest including view of Buda Castle, Hungarian Paliament Building and Liberty Bridge. Visit the Hosok Tere-Hősök tere is one of the major squares in Budapest and Andrassy Avenue-Andrássy Avenue is the Hungarian Champs-Élysées, St. Stephen’s Basilica-St. Stephen’s Basilica is a Roman Catholic basilica in Budapest, Váci Street – Váci utca is one of the main pedestrian thoroughfares and perhaps the most famous street of central Budapest. Danube Promenade – The Danube Promenade is located on the Pest side of Budapest, Hungary. On the bank of the Danube, this promenade extends from the Széchenyi Chain Bridge to the Erzsébet Bridge.
